Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Must have valid vehicle registration
- Must have valid vehicle insurance
- Must pass motor vehicle background check
- Must own a smartphone with data plan
- Must be legally eligible to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Experience in delivery or customer service roles is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of local delivery area or willingness to learn
- Ability to use smartphone apps proficiently
- Valid driver's license and good driving record
Job Duties
- Check orders for quality and accuracy before delivery
- Deliver cookies, milk, and ice cream in a timely and safe manner
- Provide quality customer service through positive and professional interaction
- Use Insomnia Cookies' delivery app to meet company standards
- Provide accurate customer status updates
- Maintain effective time management and organizational skills
- Ensure compliance with delivery zone boundaries
