Job Requirements
- must be 18 years or older
- must have own car, valid driver’s license, registration, and insurance
- must be legally eligible to work in the United States
- must pass a motor vehicle background check
- must have a smartphone with an active data plan
- ability to work flexible part-time hours
- ability to communicate clearly and professionally
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- excellent time management and organizational skills
- ability to use smartphone apps effectively
- strong communication and customer service skills
- knowledge of the local area or ability to learn quickly
- valid driver’s license
- good driving record
Job Duties
- check orders for quality and accuracy before they leave the store
- deliver cookies, milk, and ice cream to customers in a timely and safe manner
- provide quality customer service through positive and professional interaction with customers in person and by phone
- use Insomnia Cookies delivery app to meet company standards and provide accurate status updates
- maintain knowledge of the delivery area to optimize routes
- adhere to all road safety regulations
- report any issues or delays to management promptly
