Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Legally eligible to work in the United States
- Must be able to work nights, weekends and holidays
- Prior experience in a customer service role preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively and maintain an outgoing personality

- Willingness to maintain cleanliness and follow hygiene standards

Job Duties
- Promptly greet guests entering the store and take their orders according to procedure
- Help customers understand menu items, answer clarifying questions, and repeat orders for accuracy
- Give each customer a warm experience with a smile in person and over the phone
- Bake delicious cookies to perfection and serve with a scoop of ice cream as needed
- Ensure fast, warm, and correct delivery orders are packaged and sent out
- Handle cash and payments accurately and have no shortages or overages
- Cleaning, sanitizing, and maintaining the bakery
