Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- must be able to lift up to 40 lb boxes of product
- must be able to work nights, weekends and holidays
- legally eligible to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- At least 6 months of experience in a customer service focused role - preferred
- personable, genuine, outgoing demeanor
- customer service focused and a willingness to exceed guest expectations
- great communication, organizational and math skills
- ability to lift up to 40 lb boxes of product
- legally eligible to work in the United States
- must be 18 years or older
Job Duties
- Promptly greet guests entering the store and take their orders according to procedure
- help customers understand menu items, answer clarifying questions, and repeat orders for accuracy
- give each customer a warm experience with a smile in person and over the phone
- bake delicious cookies to perfection and prepare scoops of ice cream
- ensure fast, warm, and correct delivery orders are packaged and sent out
- handle cash and payments accurately and have no shortages or overages
- clean, sanitize, and maintain the bakery
