Job Requirements

- Must be able to lift up to 40 lb boxes of product
- At least 6 months of experience in a customer service focused role

Job Duties
- Promptly greet guests entering the store and take their orders according to procedure
- Help customers understand menu items, answer clarifying questions, and repeat orders for accuracy
- Give each customer a warm experience with a smile in person and over the phone
- Bake our delicious cookies to perfection and prepare a scoop of ice cream
- Ensure fast, warm, and correct delivery orders are packaged and sent out
- Handle cash and payments accurately with no shortages or overages
- Clean, sanitize, and maintain the bakery environment
