Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Legally eligible to work in the United States
- Must be able to lift up to 40 lb boxes of product
Job Qualifications
- At least 6 months of experience in a customer service role preferred
- Personable, genuine, and outgoing demeanor
- Customer service focused with a willingness to exceed guest expectations
- Great communication, organizational, and math skills
Job Duties
- Promptly greet guests entering the store and take their orders according to procedure
- Help customers understand menu items, answer clarifying questions, and repeat orders for accuracy
- Give each customer a warm experience with a smile in person and over the phone
- Bake our delicious cookies to perfection and a scoop of ice cream
- Ensure fast, warm, and correct delivery orders are packaged and sent out
- Handle cash and payments accurately and have no shortages or overages
- Cleaning, sanitizing, and maintaining the bakery
