Job Requirements

availability during morning and/or daytime shifts (5am-noon, noon-8pm)
attention to detail
ability to stand for extended periods
willingness to work in a busy environment
basic understanding of food safety and hygiene
ability to work as part of a team
no previous baking experience required, but a positive attitude towards baking is preferred

Job Qualifications

high school diploma or equivalent
ability to follow detailed instructions carefully
good communication and interpersonal skills
ability to work in a fast-paced environment
basic math skills for measuring ingredients
willingness to learn new baking techniques
customer service experience is a plus

Job Duties

weigh and shape dough
bake the dough
frost and decorate cookies after baking
maintain cleanliness in the open bakery environment
interact with customers and provide good customer service
fill customer orders
follow hygiene and safety standards
