Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in food preparation or kitchen duties preferred
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- ability to follow recipes and directions accurately
- physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform cleaning tasks
- flexibility to work full-time shifts from 11 am to 7 pm

- possess a passion for great food preparation, taste, and presentation
- demonstrates a high aptitude for food and kitchen management
- good communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work effectively in a team environment
Job Duties
- basic understanding of menus, recipes, and preferences of regulatory requirements and individual preferences
- clean, maintain and ensure that dishes, kitchen, and all equipment are sanitary and in good working order
- manage the dining room, atmosphere, and overall experience
- assist with food preparation and cooking duties as assigned
- collaborate with team members to ensure timely and quality meal service
