- at least two years of experience in a hotel kitchen restaurant or similar operation
- knowledge of sanitation and safe food handling standards
- ability to communicate clearly and work cohesively with team members
- self-motivated and able to handle multiple tasks independently

Job Duties
- prepare high-quality food following standard recipes and special diet orders
- work with the Director of Food & Beverage and Sous Chef to manage food and supply management
- secure items in time for food prep
- ensure leftovers are stored correctly
- maintain inventories
