Job Requirements

  • At least two years of experience working in all stations of a hotel kitchen, a restaurant, or a similar operation
  • knowledge of sanitation and safe food handling standards

Job Duties

  • Prepare high-quality food following standard recipes and special diet orders
  • work with the Director of Food & Beverage and Sous Chef to manage food and supply inventory
  • secure food items in time for food preparation
  • ensure leftovers are stored correctly
  • maintain accurate food inventory records
  • communicate and collaborate effectively with kitchen team members
  • uphold sanitation and safe food handling standards
