Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • at least two years of experience in kitchen roles within hotels, restaurants, or similar settings
  • knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • ability to communicate clearly and work well in a team
  • self-motivation and organizational skills
  • ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
  • strong customer service orientation

Job Qualifications

  • at least two years of experience working in all stations of a hotel kitchen, a restaurant, or a similar operation
  • knowledge of sanitation and safe food handling standards
  • ability to communicate clearly and work cohesively with other restaurant team members
  • self-motivated, organized, and professional
  • ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks at one time
  • strong customer service skills

Job Duties

  • prepare high-quality food following standard recipes and special diet orders
  • collaborate with Director of Food & Beverage and Sous Chef to manage food and supply procurement
  • ensure proper storage of leftovers
  • maintain accurate inventories
  • adhere to sanitation and safe food handling standards
  • communicate effectively with restaurant team members
  • manage multiple tasks efficiently
