Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum two years of culinary experience in a hotel kitchen, restaurant, or similar setting
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- At least two years of experience working in all stations of a hotel kitchen, a restaurant, or a similar operation
- Knowledge of sanitation and safe food handling standards
- Ability to communicate clearly and work cohesively with other restaurant team members
- Self-motivated, organized, and professional
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong customer service skills
Job Duties
- Prepare high-quality food following standard recipes and special diet orders
- Work with the Director of Food & Beverage and Sous Chef to manage food and supply management tasks
- Secure items timely for food preparation
- Ensure leftovers are stored correctly according to standards
- Maintain accurate food inventories
- Follow sanitation and safe food handling practices
- Communicate clearly and work cohesively with restaurant team members
