Job Requirements
- Ability to work flexible hours including full-time or part-time shifts
- minimum age requirement as per local labor laws
- physical ability to stand for long periods and lift kitchen equipment
- willingness to work in a fast, busy kitchen environment
- no prior experience required for entry-level positions
- commitment to following company policies and procedures
- legal authorization to work in the country
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous cooking experience a plus but not required
- willing to learn and apply new culinary skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- strong teamwork and communication skills
- basic knowledge of kitchen safety and sanitation
- reliable and punctual work ethic
Job Duties
- Prepare menu items from scratch using fresh ingredients prepped daily
- work collaboratively with a team of eight or more cooks per shift
- maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace
- follow culinary principles and safety regulations
- assist in the training and development of less experienced staff
- manage time efficiently to meet high-demand periods
- contribute to a positive team environment through effective communication
