Job Requirements

  • Ability to work flexible hours including full-time or part-time shifts
  • minimum age requirement as per local labor laws
  • physical ability to stand for long periods and lift kitchen equipment
  • willingness to work in a fast, busy kitchen environment
  • no prior experience required for entry-level positions
  • commitment to following company policies and procedures

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • previous cooking experience a plus but not required
  • willing to learn and apply new culinary skills

Job Duties

  • Prepare menu items from scratch using fresh ingredients prepped daily
  • work collaboratively with a team of eight or more cooks per shift
  • maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace
  • follow culinary principles and safety regulations
  • assist in the training and development of less experienced staff
  • manage time efficiently to meet high-demand periods
  • contribute to a positive team environment through effective communication
