Job Requirements

  • at least 6 months prior work experience as a cook in a full-service restaurant
  • ability to work in fast pace environment
  • experience in practicing good safety and sanitation procedures
  • knowledge of safe food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • possession of valid food handlers card
  • strong work ethic, positive attitude, and team player mentality

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • minimum of 6 months experience as a cook in a full-service restaurant

Job Duties

  • prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and equipment
  • follow safety and sanitation guidelines consistently
  • monitor food inventory and report shortages
  • assist in food preparation and plating
  • work collaboratively with kitchen staff and management
  • ensure compliance with food handling regulations
