Job Requirements

  • at least 6 months prior work experience as a cook in a full-service restaurant
  • ability to work in a fast pace environment
  • experience in practicing good safety and sanitation procedures
  • knowledge of safe food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • food handlers card

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • minimum six months experience as a cook in a full-service restaurant
  • knowledge of food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • possession of a valid Food Handlers Card
  • ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • strong communication and teamwork skills
  • positive attitude and strong work ethic

Job Duties

  • prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
  • adhere to safety and sanitation practices at all times
  • assist with food inventory management and stock rotation
  • collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure timely service
  • follow instructions from kitchen management and contribute to a positive team environment
