- Minimum of one year restaurant/senior living or equivalent cooking experience
- Batch cooking experience preferred

Job Duties
- Prepare and produce food options from our menu in a manner compliant with required nutritional/dietary criteria
- Correctly prepare meals for residents with dietary restrictions, following our policies and procedures
- Exemplify community standards of cleanliness, sanitation and organization in the workspace and with equipment
- Meet food quality, timeliness, appearance and presentation standards at all times
- Interact with residents periodically to gather feedback about meal quality/temperature/appearance, and share feedback with culinary team to support continuous improvement
- Represent the community in a warm and inviting manner with colleagues, residents, families and tours
