Job Duties
- Prepare balanced and delicious meals according to senior-specific menus
- Present food attractively and ensure proper serving techniques
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and dining areas
- Store food safely to preserve freshness and quality
- Adapt menus and recipes based on resident preferences and dietary needs
- Collaborate with team members to meet the nutritional needs of residents
- Follow health and safety regulations in food preparation and kitchen operations
