Job Requirements

  • 3+ years cooking in a professional kitchen
  • Culinary Arts degree or equivalent
  • eligible to work in the US without sponsorship
  • willingness to relocate to Epic's campus in Verona, WI
  • live within 45 minutes of Epic's campus or be willing to relocate
  • COVID-19 vaccination

Job Qualifications

  • Culinary arts degree or equivalent experience
  • minimum of 3 years cooking in a professional kitchen
  • experience in fine dining or large-volume cooking is a plus
  • strong creativity in menu development
  • ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • excellent time management and organizational skills

Job Duties

  • Compose and prepare scratch-made dishes
  • collaborate with culinary team members
  • innovate and contribute creative menu ideas
  • manage food preparation from start to finish
  • maintain high standards of food presentation and quality
  • work across different venues and catering events
  • ensure adherence to health and safety regulations
