Job Requirements
- 3+ years cooking in a professional kitchen
- Culinary Arts degree or equivalent
- eligible to work in the US without sponsorship
- willingness to relocate to Epic's campus in Verona, WI
- live within 45 minutes of Epic's campus or be willing to relocate
- COVID-19 vaccination
Job Qualifications
- Culinary arts degree or equivalent experience
- minimum of 3 years cooking in a professional kitchen
- experience in fine dining or large-volume cooking is a plus
- strong creativity in menu development
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- excellent time management and organizational skills
Job Duties
- Compose and prepare scratch-made dishes
- collaborate with culinary team members
- innovate and contribute creative menu ideas
- manage food preparation from start to finish
- maintain high standards of food presentation and quality
- work across different venues and catering events
- ensure adherence to health and safety regulations
