Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous food service experience preferred
- 1-2 years cooking experience preferred
- Serv Safe preferred
- Must be COVID vaccinated
- Ability to work varying shift times including every other weekend
- Must be friendly and customer focused
- Must be action orientated and able to work as part of a team

Job Duties
- Operate dish machine to wash dishes, glasses, cups, trays, and silverware and record temperatures to ensure
- Ensure proper drying and storage of dishes, glasses, cups, trays
- Clean dish machine, dish room area, assigned work areas, equipment, and follow the cleaning schedule
- Wash pots, pans, and processing equipment according to manufacture
- Assist with meal service
- Clean and sanitize food delivery areas
- Assist in monitoring preparation and service area in sanitary conditions
- Deliver and transport trays to serving areas or to residents and return trays to clean-up
- Prepare and deliver between meal snacks
- Work as part of a team in service to the residents including tableside wait service, buffet or counter service
- Assist with putting stock away and ensure proper dating and rotation of stock to reduce waste
- Assist in training and orientation of new staff
- Attend in-service training sessions and staff meetings
- Complete all other tasks and related duties as assigned
