Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Certification as a Food Safety Manager (CFSM)
  • Food Handler Certificate (FHC)
  • Ability to work full time with availability on weekends and holidays
  • Compliance with health and safety standards
  • Capability to handle physical aspects of culinary work
  • Good time management skills

Job Qualifications

  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • Certified Food Safety Manager (CFSM) from EV Accredited Issuing Body
  • Food Handler Certificate (FHC) from EV Accredited Issuing Body
  • Experience in food preparation and kitchen sanitation
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills

Job Duties

  • Prepare patient, retail, and catering meals by following culinary production records
  • Execute advanced prep tasks by reviewing pull sheets and organizing ingredients
  • Maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen environment
  • Ensure all equipment and surfaces meet health standards
  • Record temperatures according to regulatory requirements
  • Manage inventory by sorting, labeling, dating, and rotating stock
  • Collaborate with managers and team members to meet operational goals
  • Perform other duties as assigned
