Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- two to four years experience in fast paced food service
- ability to work flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- physical ability to stand for long periods and lift at least 30 pounds
- basic English reading and speaking skills
- strong sanitation awareness
- punctual and reliable
- able to work well under pressure
- good communication skills
- able to maintain personal hygiene and grooming
- ability to move quickly
- able to work well in team environments
- completion of safety training
Job Qualifications

- degree or certificate in culinary arts preferred
- two to four years experience in a fast paced restaurant, catering or food service environment
- proactive and self-motivated
- organized and able to prioritize
- current knowledge of sanitation procedures
- ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly
- punctual and dependable
- able to read and retain information such as recipes, prep lists and menus
- ability to perform simple math calculations
- able to speak and read basic English
- good teamwork skills in stressful environments
- able to maintain personal hygiene and well groomed appearance
- physical ability to stand, kneel, lift, carry, push carts, walk, and bend
- comfortable working in close quarters
Job Duties
- Prepare, execute, and deliver safely handled food to customer facing employees for service
- maintain a friendly, positive attitude and professional demeanor
- report on time for scheduled events and assigned areas
- fulfill opening and closing duties
- communicate with supervisors, attendants, runners, chefs, and management
- maintain walk-in coolers, reach-ins, dry storage and work areas
- maintain clean, sanitary, and orderly kitchen setting
- know the kitchen layout and direct staff and guests to necessary areas
- work flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- work as a team with associates and service departments
- complete closing duties and checkout with manager or supervisor
- be aware of other food and beverage outlets within the venue
- perform other duties and assignments as needed
