- Maintaining a sanitized and well-organized kitchen
- Preparing, setting up, and maintaining kitchen equipment in good condition
- Checking the quality of the food
- Cleaning and stocking area
- Preparing food in a fast and efficient time
- Dating and labeling all required items
- Following all inspection guidelines
- Being a team player
