Job Requirements

  • Minimum two years of cooking experience
  • Ability to work weekends and holidays
  • Two positive verifiable references
  • Stable work history verified by background check
  • Willingness to be a team player
  • Pass E-Verify employment eligibility check

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum two years of cooking experience
  • Ability to follow instructions from chefs and sous chefs
  • Knowledge of various cooking techniques
  • Ability to read orders from point of sales system
  • Familiarity with basic food prep functions
  • Proficient knife handling skills
  • Strong understanding of proper cooking procedures
  • Ability to run line and work middle station during busy times
  • Positive attitude and team player mentality

Job Duties

  • Prepare and cook all food items according to menus
  • Expedite orders quickly and correctly
  • Set all stations to standards
  • Follow instructions from chefs
  • Read orders from the point of sales system
  • Maintain knowledge of cooking techniques including seafood stocks, grilling, sautéing, deep frying, and cold food prep
  • Perform basic prep functions such as cleaning greens, prepping vegetables, and cutting fresh produce
