Job Requirements

  • High school diploma
  • Experience in culinary arts or food service
  • Knowledge of volume food preparation
  • Ability to operate food service equipment
  • Availability to work part-time day shifts with weekends required
  • Ability to follow safety and sanitation protocols
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Job Duties

  • Assist Executive Chef and Dining Services Director in meal preparation
  • Provide excellent customer service to residents, associates, and visitors
  • Coordinate communication between dining team and resident assistants
  • Collaborate with Connections Director and Director of Sales and Marketing on special events
  • Maintain records and complete required administrative paperwork
  • Follow safety regulations including fire protection, infection control, and equipment safety
  • Operate food service equipment safely and efficiently
