Job Requirements
- High School diploma or GED
- Experience in culinary environment preferred
- Ability to stand and walk for 80% of the time
- Ability to push, pull, lift, and carry up to 50 lbs
- Ability to use commercial kitchen equipment
- Willingness to undergo ServSafe Food Handlers Course if not certified
Job Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- ServSafe Food Handlers Course preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience in a culinary environment preferred
Job Duties
- Maintain effective working relationships with internal and external clients
- inspect and clean food preparation and serving areas to ensure safe and sanitary food-handling practices
- assist with maintaining freshness of product, inventory, and quality of items
- prepare recipes utilizing proper technique while ensuring food safety procedures are followed
- partner with kitchen staff to ensure food is prepared as scheduled
