Job Requirements

  • ability to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays
  • ability to multi-task and quickly prioritize tasks
  • food safety driven and food service experience
  • strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • knowledge of sanitation, health and personal hygiene standards
  • ability to operate cooking equipment safely and efficiently
  • safety sensitive position

Job Qualifications

  • must possess a positive attitude and work well with other team members
  • must be able to work unsupervised
  • must be able to communicate clearly with managers, kitchen and dining room staff
  • be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time up to 8 hours

Job Duties

  • prepare ingredients and assemble dishes according to restaurant recipes and specifications
  • maintain sanitation, health and safety standards in all work areas
  • operate large-volume cooking equipment such as grills, deep-fat fryers and griddles
  • prepare and serve beverages
  • read food order slips and screens or receive verbal instructions to cook to specifications
  • verify prepared food meets quality and quantity requirements
  • clean, stock and restock workstations and display cases
