Job Requirements
- Line cook experience in a full scratch kitchen or restaurant
- 2 to 5 years experience on a fast-paced line or prep cook line station
- Ability to execute flawless dishes in a timely manner
- Ability to communicate with a friendly demeanor to all staff
- Passionate about service to others and creating exceptional food experiences
- Must pass a criminal background check and health screening tests including physical and TB tests
- Willingness to comply with COVID-19 related safety protocols including vaccination, daily screening, surveillance testing, and use of PPE
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 to 5 years experience as a line cook in a full scratch kitchen or restaurant
- Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and food safety standards
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for creating exceptional food experiences
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
Job Duties
- Prepare dishes from scratch using seasonal and local ingredients
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace
- Collaborate with culinary team to execute daily menu and special dietary requirements
- Interact with residents and guests to ensure satisfaction and build relationships
- Manage kitchen inventory and supplies to minimize waste
- Follow food safety and sanitation standards
- Adapt to on-call work schedule and support flexible shifts
