Job Requirements
- Minimum 6 months to 1 year of grill or line cook experience
- Valid Food Handler Certificate (Texas) must be obtained before employment
- Proven ability to cook steaks to order
- Willingness to undergo a skills assessment, which may include preparing sample dishes
- Comfortable working in high-pressure, fast-paced environments
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team (preferred)
- Thick skin and strong interpersonal skills to thrive in a male-dominated, high-energy kitchen environment (preferred)
Job Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months to 1 year of grill or line cook experience
- Valid Food Handler Certificate (Texas) must be obtained before employment
- Proven ability to cook steaks to order without cutting into meat or overusing thermometers
- Experience in high-volume restaurants (preferred)
- Strong cooking skills, particularly with steak preparation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team (preferred)
- Familiarity with steak doneness and grill station operations (preferred)

- Prepare all menu items to order, including steaks cooked to specific temperatures
- Maintain consistency and quality under high-volume conditions
- Work collaboratively with kitchen staff and management
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations
