Job Requirements

  • Minimum 6 months to 1 year of grill or line cook experience
  • Valid Food Handler Certificate (Texas) must be obtained before employment
  • Proven ability to cook steaks to order
  • Willingness to undergo a skills assessment, which may include preparing sample dishes
  • Comfortable working in high-pressure, fast-paced environments
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team (preferred)
  • Thick skin and strong interpersonal skills to thrive in a male-dominated, high-energy kitchen environment (preferred)

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in high-volume restaurants (preferred)

Job Duties

  • Prepare all menu items to order, including steaks cooked to specific temperatures
  • Maintain consistency and quality under high-volume conditions
  • Work collaboratively with kitchen staff and management
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations
  • Adhere to all food safety and sanitation standards
  • Support a team culture that values speed, quality, and accountability
