Job Requirements

  • Minimum 6 months to 1 year of grill or line cook experience
  • valid Food Handler Certificate (Texas) must be obtained before employment
  • proven ability to cook steaks to order without cutting into meat or overusing thermometers
  • comfortable working in high-pressure fast-paced environments
  • willingness to undergo a skills assessment which may include preparing sample dishes

Job Qualifications

  • ability to work independently and as part of a team preferred
  • thick skin and strong interpersonal skills to thrive in a male-dominated high-energy kitchen environment preferred
  • familiarity with steak doneness and grill station operations preferred

  • Prepare all menu items to order including steaks cooked to specific temperatures
  • maintain consistency and quality under high-volume conditions
  • work collaboratively with kitchen staff and management
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations
  • adhere to all food safety and sanitation standards
