Job Requirements
- Minimum 6 months to 1 year of grill or line cook experience
- valid Food Handler Certificate (Texas) must be obtained before employment
- proven ability to cook steaks to order without cutting into meat or overusing thermometers
- comfortable working in high-pressure fast-paced environments
- willingness to undergo a skills assessment which may include preparing sample dishes

- familiarity with steak doneness and grill station operations preferred
