Job Requirements
- High school diploma GED or equivalent education and experience
- Cooking experience is required
- Ability to stand walk lift carry and manipulate food products and equipment throughout the day
- Must be able to lift 50 to 75 pounds and work in temperature and humidity-varied environments
- Adherence to personal hygiene standards for food service employees is required

Job Duties
- Prepare meals according to planned menus ensuring special dietary needs and portion controls are met
- Follow standardized recipes and assist in planning special meals or contributing new menu ideas
- Train coach and supervise dietary personnel to ensure high-quality service
- Maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen facilities adhering to daily cleaning schedules
- Report equipment and supply needs to ensure the kitchen runs efficiently
