Job Duties
- Know and understand all menu items including portion size, cooking method, and quality standards
- assume 100% of responsibility for quality of products served
- refine efforts to get all tickets out in an appropriate amount of time
- maintain a clean, stocked and organized workstation
- open and close the kitchen following the opening and closing station checklists
- assist others as necessary when opening and closing
- arrive promptly and in full uniform for all scheduled shifts
- assist with putting away deliveries when help is needed
- have fun and arrive with a positive attitude ready to help create a positive experience for guests
