Job Requirements
- U.S. work authorization required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic math skills including adding, subtracting, and making change
- Legible handwriting
- Customer service skills
- Demonstrated oral communication skills
- Availability to arrive promptly and in full uniform for scheduled shifts
Job Qualifications
- One year of kitchen experience preferred
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
- Knowledge of basic math skills including adding, subtracting, and making change
- Strong customer service skills
- Demonstrated oral communication skills
Job Duties
- Know and understand all menu items including portion size, cooking method, and quality standards
- Assume 100% responsibility for quality of products served
- Refine efforts to get all tickets out in an appropriate amount of time
- Maintain a clean, stocked and organized workstation
- Open and close the kitchen following the opening and closing station checklists
- Assist others as necessary when opening and closing
- Arrive promptly and in full uniform for all scheduled shifts
- Assist with putting away deliveries when help is needed
- Have fun and maintain a positive attitude to create a positive guest experience
