Job Requirements
- 18 years of age
- High-school diploma or GED
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Ability to follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Must be able to communicate effectively with team members and management
Job Qualifications
- High-school diploma or GED
- Culinary degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Knowledge of and/or experience with food and beverage services, including health codes, practices, procedures, and equipment
- Restaurant industry and culinary experience
- Hennepin County Food Manager Certificate or must be able to obtain by completion of probationary period
- Valid driver's license or ability to obtain one
Job Duties
- Prepare food and cook for the restaurant and catered events consistently and promptly
- Prepping and portioning out food
- Ensure food quality, presentation, and follow all health and sanitation procedures
- Ensure proper cleaning and maintenance of equipment and demonstrate proper use of all kitchen equipment
