Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two to four-year certificate or technical school diploma or equivalent experience
- Prior cooking experience in a professional kitchen
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication skills

Job Duties
- Produce food items as per menu requirements
- Prepare ingredients and cooking stations in coordination with the Executive Chef
- Execute cooking and plating for daily restaurant service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations
