Job Requirements
- high school diploma or GED preferred
- ability to work assigned shifts including Tuesday through Saturday 9am-530pm or Sunday through Thursday 11am - 730pm
- willingness to follow food safety standards and protocols
- ability to maintain cleanliness and sanitation in work areas
- good communication skills
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
Job Qualifications
- any related experience or training is helpful but not required
- high school diploma or GED preferred
Job Duties
- prepare meals for residents providing high quality dining service that takes into account resident preferences and special dietary requirements in compliance with applicable food and sanitation regulations
- assist in the production of all menu items
- demonstrate safe food handling procedures with special emphasis on critical control
- maintain consistently high cleanliness of work and storage areas
