Job Requirements
- 6 months related experience and/or training
- regular and reliable attendance
- ability to frequently stand, use hands, talk, hear, taste and smell
- ability to regularly walk and reach with hands and arms
- ability to occasionally sit, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
- ability to regularly lift up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift up to 100 pounds
- ability to work in extreme heat and near moving mechanical parts
- ability to occasionally work in extreme cold, wet or humid conditions, near toxic or caustic chemicals, and in outdoor weather
Job Qualifications
- 6 months related experience and/or training
- food safety and sanitation training preferred
Job Duties
- Line cook experience required
- knowledge of various cooking methods, equipment and procedures
- prepares items in accordance with established recipes for a consistent product
- expedite orders in a timely manner
- learns and maintains standards in food production and quality
- practices excellent operational sanitation
- verifies that all coolers are at the proper temperatures and are cleaned on a daily basis
- monitors inventory rotation to maintain fresh product with little or no waste
- incorporates safe work practices in job performance
- regular and reliable attendance
- performs other duties as required
