Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • at least one years culinary experience in a quality and high volume establishment with emphasis on scratch cooking
  • knowledge of culinary methods, techniques, and standards
  • ability to multitask and attention to detail
  • supervisory experience
  • ability to provide friendly and helpful customer service
  • food handlers certification preferred

Job Duties

  • Instruct and train employees in all aspects of food service and sanitation
  • ensure meal services begin on time
  • ensure portion sizes, appearance, and temperature of all food items meet quality standards
  • supervise work of kitchen staff to maintain efficiency and adherence to established standards
  • manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • provide leadership and support to the culinary team
  • maintain high levels of product knowledge and customer service
