Job Requirements

  • At least one years prior culinary experience
  • Experience supervising a team
  • Knowledge of proper culinary methods and techniques
  • Ability to multitask efficiently
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Food handlers certification preferred
  • Must be able to work onsite full time

Job Qualifications

  • At least one years culinary experience in a high volume, quality establishment emphasizing scratch cooking
  • Experience supervising a team
  • Complete knowledge of culinary methods, techniques and standards
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
  • Food handlers certification preferred

Job Duties

  • Instructing and training employees in food service and sanitation
  • Ensuring meal services begin on time
  • Monitoring portion sizes and food appearance
  • Verifying food temperatures to meet quality standards
  • Supervising kitchen staff and coordinating their activities
  • Maintaining adherence to culinary methods and safety standards
  • Providing friendly and helpful customer service
