Job Duties

  • Providing hands-on supervision and oversight for the preparation, cooking, and portioning of meals following company recipes
  • ensuring all meals meet standards for quality
  • supervising multiple employees in daily operations
  • maintaining compliance with food safety and contract requirements
  • coordinating meal service schedules and staff assignments
  • monitoring inventory and supplies to support meal production
  • addressing and resolving operational issues and employee concerns
