Job Duties
- Providing hands-on supervision and oversight for the preparation, cooking, and portioning of meals following company recipes
- ensuring all meals meet standards for quality
- supervising multiple employees in daily operations
- maintaining compliance with food safety and contract requirements
- coordinating meal service schedules and staff assignments
- monitoring inventory and supplies to support meal production
- addressing and resolving operational issues and employee concerns
