- Experience supervising multiple employees
- Ability to pass a background check
- Strong communication and leadership skills

- Willingness to work onsite in a correctional facility

Job Duties
- Providing hands-on supervision and oversight for the preparation, cooking, and portioning of meals, following company recipes based on daily needs and contractual obligations
- Ensuring all meals meet standards for quality
- Supervising multiple employees and coordinating their tasks in the kitchen
- Maintaining compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
- Monitoring inventory levels and assisting with ordering supplies
- Training new staff and enforcing kitchen policies and procedures
- Reporting operational issues to management and collaborating to resolve challenges
