Job Requirements

  • At least one year prior culinary experience
  • Knowledge of culinary methods, techniques and standards
  • Ability to multitask efficiently
  • Experience supervising a team
  • Food handlers certification preferred

  • At least one year prior culinary experience in a quality and high volume establishment with scratch cooking emphasis
  • Complete knowledge of proper culinary methods, techniques and standards
  • Experience supervising a team
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to perform multiple tasks at once
  • High-level product knowledge
  • Ability to provide friendly and helpful customer service in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

  • Instructing and training employees in all aspects of food service and sanitation
  • Ensuring meal services begin on time
  • Ensuring portion, appearance and temperature for all food items is appropriate and of high quality
  • Supervising a team of culinary staff
  • Coordinating kitchen operations to maintain efficiency
  • Maintaining compliance with food safety standards
  • Providing friendly and helpful customer service
