Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum of one year culinary experience in a quality, high volume kitchen
  • knowledge of proper culinary methods and sanitation standards
  • ability to supervise and train employees
  • excellent multitasking and organizational skills
  • strong attention to detail
  • flexible to work night shifts
  • Food Handler's certification preferred

Job Qualifications

  • At least one year prior culinary experience in a high volume establishment emphasizing scratch cooking
  • comprehensive knowledge of culinary methods, techniques, and standards
  • excellent multitasking skills and attention to detail
  • strong product knowledge
  • proven ability to provide friendly and helpful customer service
  • experience supervising a team

Job Duties

  • Instructing and training employees in all aspects of food service and sanitation
  • ensuring meal services begin on time
  • ensuring that portion, appearance and temperature for all food items is appropriate and of high quality
  • coordinating and supervising the work of kitchen staff
  • maintaining established standards for food preparation and safety
  • monitoring compliance with sanitation and health regulations
  • managing multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
