  • At least one year's culinary experience in a quality and high-volume establishment
  • knowledge of culinary methods and standards
  • ability to multitask effectively
  • experience in team supervision
  • strong attention to detail
  • excellent customer service skills
  • Food Handlers certification preferred

Job Qualifications

  • At least one year's prior culinary experience in a quality and high-volume establishment with an emphasis on scratch cooking
  • complete knowledge of proper culinary methods, techniques, and standards
  • excellent attention to detail
  • ability to perform multiple tasks at once
  • experience supervising a team
  • high-level product knowledge
  • providing friendly and helpful customer service
  • Food Handlers certification preferred

Job Duties

  • Instructing and training employees in all aspects of food service and sanitation
  • ensuring meal services begin on time
  • ensuring that portion, appearance, and temperature for all food items is appropriate and of high quality
  • supervising kitchen staff to maintain efficiency and adherence to standards
  • coordinating kitchen operations in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • monitoring food preparation to comply with company and health regulations
  • providing support and guidance to team members to enhance productivity and customer service
