- knowledge of culinary methods and standards
- ability to multitask effectively
- experience in team supervision

- excellent customer service skills
- Food Handlers certification preferred

Job Duties
- Instructing and training employees in all aspects of food service and sanitation
- ensuring meal services begin on time
- ensuring that portion, appearance, and temperature for all food items is appropriate and of high quality
- supervising kitchen staff to maintain efficiency and adherence to standards
- coordinating kitchen operations in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- monitoring food preparation to comply with company and health regulations
- providing support and guidance to team members to enhance productivity and customer service
