Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- at least one years' culinary experience in a quality, high-volume environment
- knowledge of culinary methods and techniques
- ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- prior supervisory experience
- Food Handlers certification preferred
- strong attention to detail

- complete knowledge of proper culinary methods, techniques and standards

Job Duties
- Instructing and training employees in all aspects of food service and sanitation
- ensuring meal services begin on time
- ensuring that portion, appearance and temperature for all food items is appropriate and of high quality
- supervising and coordinating the work of kitchen employees
- maintaining compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
- managing multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- providing friendly and helpful customer service
