Job Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in food service
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid California Driver’s License
- San Bernardino County Food Handler’s Card
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Ability to maintain confidentiality (HIPAA compliance)
- Flexibility to handle fast-paced environments and overtime
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks most of the day
- Ability to lift and carry weights up to 50 lbs
- Ability to work in various weather conditions and handle heat from stoves and ovens
Job Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in food service

- Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Ability to communicate effectively and maintain confidentiality (HIPAA compliance)

- Proficiency in basic computer skills and the ability to manage time effectively
Job Duties
- Prepare food according to sanitary regulations and established policies
- Review and follow planned menus for meal preparation
- Assist in serving meals and handling daily cleaning duties
- Prepare shopping lists, shop for food, and receive and inventory deliveries
- Ensure food storage areas are clean and well-organized
- Maintain timely meal preparation and coordinate with the clinical team as needed
- Handle emergency situations and work extended shifts if required
