Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Minimum of one year related work experience
- No supervisory experience required
- Ability to stand walk or sit for extended periods
- Ability to reach bend twist and stoop
- Ability to lift carry push pull and place objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance
- Willingness to adhere to company safety and security policies and procedures
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- At least one year of related work experience
- Ability to operate kitchen appliances such as ovens stoves and grills
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
- Physical ability to stand sit or walk for extended periods and handle objects up to 25 pounds
Job Duties
- Prepare ingredients for cooking including portioning chopping and storing food
- Wash and peel fresh fruits and vegetables
- Weigh measure and mix ingredients
- Prepare and cook food according to recipes quality standards presentation standards and food preparation checklist
- Operate ovens stoves grills microwaves and fryers
- Test foods to determine if they have been cooked sufficiently
- Wash and disinfect kitchen area tables tools knives and equipment
