Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Minimum of one year related work experience
  • No supervisory experience required
  • Ability to stand walk or sit for extended periods
  • Ability to reach bend twist and stoop
  • Ability to lift carry push pull and place objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance
  • Willingness to adhere to company safety and security policies and procedures

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • At least one year of related work experience
  • Ability to operate kitchen appliances such as ovens stoves and grills
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
  • Physical ability to stand sit or walk for extended periods and handle objects up to 25 pounds

Job Duties

  • Prepare ingredients for cooking including portioning chopping and storing food
  • Wash and peel fresh fruits and vegetables
  • Weigh measure and mix ingredients
  • Prepare and cook food according to recipes quality standards presentation standards and food preparation checklist
  • Operate ovens stoves grills microwaves and fryers
  • Test foods to determine if they have been cooked sufficiently
  • Wash and disinfect kitchen area tables tools knives and equipment
