Job Requirements
- Culinary degree or related experience
- experience as a Line Cook, Prep Cook or Sauté Cook
- skill and experience with hotel, country club and/or restaurant menus
- Ala Carte dining experience preferred
- ServSafe certified or able to obtain certification within 6 months of employment
- flu vaccine required or receive medical exemption prior to employment

- Support the Lead Cook in daily cooking operations
- ensure the highest quality and standards of meals are professionally prepared
- present meals with excellence
- maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen workstations

- assist in inventory management and food stock rotation
- collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen workflow
