Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- availability to work 10:45 am to 7:15 pm monday through friday and every other weekend
- physical ability to stand for extended periods
- basic food handling and safety knowledge
- adherence to company policies and quaker value-centered work environment
- ability to work early morning shifts for breakfast preparation when required
Job Qualifications
- previous culinary experience preferred
- knowledge of food safety standards
- ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- strong teamwork and communication skills
- creative approach to food preparation and presentation
- willingness to learn and grow professionally
- basic culinary education is a plus
Job Duties
- bring your creative culinary skills to kitchen and cafe operations
- participate in live-action cooking and food preparation
- ensure accurate and attractive food presentation
- prepare special meals and catering events
- follow all food safety guidelines
- collaborate with sous and executive chefs
- share recipes and culinary techniques with team members
