Job Duties
- Prepare and cook full meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, while coordinating multiple orders simultaneously
- efficiently manage several tickets at once, paying close attention to timing and accuracy
- safely and effectively operate grills, fryers, and various kitchen equipment
- maintain food safety, sanitation, and portion control standards
- collaborate with servers and fellow kitchen staff to ensure an excellent dining experience for guests
- keep cooking station clean and organized, ready for the next busy shift
