Job Requirements
- Line cook experience in a full scratch kitchen
- 2 to 5 years experience on a fast-paced line or prep cook station
- Ability to execute flawless dishes in a timely manner
- Ability to communicate with a friendly demeanor to all staff
- Passionate about service to others and creating exceptional food experiences
- Must pass a criminal background check and health screening tests including physical and TB tests
- Compliance with COVID-19 safety protocols including vaccination, daily screening, surveillance testing, and use of PPE as required
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 to 5 years of line cook experience in a fast-paced full scratch kitchen
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to execute dishes flawlessly and timely
- Passion for culinary arts and hospitality
- Ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment
Job Duties
- Prepare and cook food according to established recipes and menus
- Ensure the kitchen operates in a timely way that meets quality standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations
- Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional dining experiences
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
- Interact positively with residents and guests creating welcoming dining environments
- Manage inventory and assist in daily kitchen operations as needed
