Job Requirements

  • Line cook experience in a full scratch kitchen
  • 2 to 5 years experience on a fast-paced line or prep cook station
  • Ability to execute flawless dishes in a timely manner
  • Ability to communicate with a friendly demeanor to all staff
  • Passionate about service to others and creating exceptional food experiences
  • Must pass a criminal background check and health screening tests including physical and TB tests
  • Compliance with COVID-19 safety protocols including vaccination, daily screening, surveillance testing, and use of PPE as required

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2 to 5 years of line cook experience in a fast-paced full scratch kitchen
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to execute dishes flawlessly and timely
  • Passion for culinary arts and hospitality
  • Ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment

Job Duties

  • Prepare and cook food according to established recipes and menus
  • Ensure the kitchen operates in a timely way that meets quality standards
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations
  • Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional dining experiences
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
  • Interact positively with residents and guests creating welcoming dining environments
  • Manage inventory and assist in daily kitchen operations as needed
